About Me!

It all began with a desire to hold onto what felt fleeting.

I’m Neha, a family photographer based in Vancouver. I enjoy family life and believe that the most meaningful moments are often the quiet, in-between ones. I photograph families who value connection and seek images that evoke a sense of belonging.

My passion for photography started 11 years ago when we bought our first camera, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I started by photographing whatever I found beautiful and interesting.

Whether I’m photographing families or capturing the beauty of the natural world, I am deeply inspired by light, stillness, and the way moments unfold naturally when nothing is forced.

To me, photography feels like a slow walk through the forest. As an outdoor and indoor natural light lifestyle photographer, I am particularly drawn to the in-between moments, those that may seem small but ultimately hold significance. I don’t believe in stiff poses or forced smiles; instead, my approach is to gently guide my subjects, prioritizing presence over posing.

Stepping into new spaces and meeting new families have become a kind of adventure.

I truly care about how loved ones connect with one another, how their hands naturally find each other, the laughter, and the tranquility that comes from simply being present..

Becoming a mother has changed my perspective on everything. It has shown me how swiftly time passes and how ordinary days can quietly transform into the moments we cherish the most. My daughter is a constant reminder of why it is important to create something meaningful and enduring, something that can be revisited years later and still feel authentic.

These moments captured from my family are uniquely ours. I photograph a style that ensures you remember how it felt.

My approach is relaxed and child-led. I guide gently, allowing space for families to simply be together, trusting that real connection always rises to the surface. The result is imagery that feels natural, emotive, and deeply personal.

In addition to family photography, I create fine art prints inspired by nature, light, and stillness.

My art reflects the same values that guide my photography: presence, simplicity, and meaning.
