FINE ART SCHOOL PORTRAITS
FAQ
A modern, stress-free approach to school portraits
-
I provide fine-art boutique-style school photography tailored for your school community. This includes individual student portraits, class photos (if desired),staff and team headshots.
-
In my approach, you’ll not see forced smiles, awkward poses, or bright flash. Each child is treated as a unique individual — I aim for authentic, timeless portraits that reflect who they are.
Families receive several edited images (in both colour and black & white), and they choose which ones to print, rather than being assigned a single pose. I also offer boutique prints, digital files, and beautiful keepsake options.
A detailed PDF describing all ordering procedures and photoshoot day preparation will be provided to each school to be distributed to families prior to photo day.
-
My pricing is competitive, and nothing is due up front from the school. The families place orders, and profit is derived from those sales. Schools may also receive a percentage of profits if that’s part of the agreement.
I provide a transparent menu of print and digital options, so everyone can choose what fits their family.
-
I coordinate with each school to schedule photo days anytime during the academic year — fall, winter, or spring, depending on what works best for your calendar.
-
Yes! If class or group shots are desired, I’ll do those on the main photo day.
-
Each family receives a secure online gallery to view and order images.
Prints are ordered online; once processed, they’re delivered directly to the school
-
Absolutely — I provide schools with high-resolution digital files for yearbooks, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials under agreed licensing terms.
-
I take privacy very seriously. I’m happy to accommodate parents who prefer their child’s photos not be shared online or in promotional materials. Families can opt out, and those students can still receive their photos privately.
